What is a circular economy?

This approach utilizes resources efficiently and economically, reducing the environmental impact of production.
The goal is to minimize raw materials and reduce waste, which also reduces CO2 emissions by implementing a closed-loop production cycle, in which waste becomes raw material in subsequent stages.

From the very beginning, leading polyurethane foam manufacturer Organika has been committed to implementing environmentally friendly production processes to reduce its negative impact on the environment.

PRODUCTS USING RECYCLED FOAM.

As early as 2001, Organika successfully developed a modern foam recycling technology that enables the use of waste from the first production cycle in subsequent stages. Organika's recycled foam is produced from scraps of specially selected polyurethane foam, finely ground. Thanks to its extensive production processes and technologies, Organika has been giving foam waste a second life for many years, creating new eco-products used in various industries. As a champion of recycling, Organika often sources recycled materials from other companies, primarily foam waste from furniture production. This allows Organika to recycle waste rather than discard it, thereby reducing its carbon emissions.
